Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handcrafted leather goods, but if your item isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for most products in their original condition. Please note that 'Almost Perfect' sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure tracked delivery back to our workshop.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging or a similar sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are attached and the product is protected.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
